For this summer project, my goal was to take images that convey a sense of adventure appreciation for the urban environment. I made location the central theme of these images and chose places that few people have been able to photograph. Trainyards, bridges, abandoned buildings, and subway tunnels are just some of the unique locations that I explored over the summer. Shadow figures were a common theme in my images including myself, my friends, and a ninja. My favorite topic was black and white because it was so open-ended and gave me infinite opportunities for self-expression..
